A check identifies a possible disagreement and opens or updates an affected-area finding or task. Review decides whether code, documentation or both need correction. The finding is tracked through correction and recheck.
Coverage levels
- Level 1 A scoped mismatch or freshness alert supports review; durable correction and recheck are incomplete.
- Level 2 Affected-area tasks/findings and repeat review support correction; the complete retained reconciliation record remains incomplete.
- Level 3 A finding is retained through a decision about code/docs/both, correction and recorded recheck for the affected versions.
