Core Boards, Test Plans and Pipelines have a deployable Azure DevOps Server counterpart, but that does not make this bundle portable. The built-in Copilot handoff requires Azure DevOps Services, a GitHub repository and GitHub App authentication; Azure Repos is unsupported. The complete assessed bundle cannot move to Server alone.
